Equations
Bird's Eye View of CFD with Many Useful Formulae
These two volumes are a perennial favorite in short courses, most often taught by Dr. Hoffmann himself, and they offer the only common alternative to Anderson's book for undergraduate courses. Typeset in Latex, they read like lecture notes. They contains dozens of important mathematical formulae that other books omit due to their length, e.g., full expressions for flux Jacobian matrices after curvilinear coordinate transformations. A no-nonsense approach, with little text and lots of equations, white space, and figures. The coverage thins on advanced material. (Review submitted by request.)
