Senior Project Manager - Ports and Marine

Our Ports and Marine group designs terminals around the world ranging from
small vessel harbours to container terminals and bulk handling terminals
capable of exporting 90 million tonnes per annum. We are seeking a highly
talented Senior Project Manager - Ports and Marine to join our Vancouver
Office.
The successful candidates will have:
- A minimum of 10 years’ experience in the planning and design of marine
terminals.
- A degree in Civil or Structural Engineering, and is registered or be
eligible for registration with professional engineering association(s).
- A Master degree in Maritime Engineering would be an asset.
- Several key marine projects under their belt, namely design of port and
bridge structures.
- Experience in construction would also be an asset.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in preparing proposals and
delivering presentations.
- Spanish and/or Portuguese capability would be an asset.
- A proven track record managing multiple projects simultaneously or a single
project of major size and scope.
- Being able to meet the challenge of tight deadlines and providing
exceptional service to our clients is a must.
- Previous experience mentoring and coaching junior/intermediate level
designers would be beneficial.
