The 2013 CI/CS Spring Technical Meeting is an opportunity to 
meet academic and industrial combustion experts from across 
Canada, as well as international researchers in combustion. 
Technical papers are solicited on all aspects of combustion, 
particularly those related to the following topics:

Detonations, Explosions, and Supersonic Combustion
Diagnostics
Engine Combustion
Fire Research
Heterogeneous Combustion and Material Synthesis
Laminar flames
New Technology Concepts
Numerical methods/simulations
Reaction Kinetics
Soot, PAH, and Other Large Molecules
Spray and Droplet Combustion
Stationary Combustion Systems and Evironmental Impact
Turbulent Flames
Papers may cover a broad range of focus, from fundamental 
combustion phenomena to practical applications of combustion 
technology. Papers from industrial organizations are 
strongly encouraged. Presentation of a paper at this meeting 
does not constitute an archival publication. Newcomers to 
combustion research and students are particularly encouraged 
to submit papers.

To Submit a Paper

Authors should submit a one-page abstract of your paper in 
PDF format to CICS2013@gmc.ulaval.ca by Monday, March 11th, 
2013.
When submitting your abstract, please specify the author's 
contact information (name, address, phone, fax, and e-mail 
address) and the most appropriate topic area from the above 
list ( the abstract's length may varies from 400 words up to 
the full paper ).
Acceptance of the abstract is based on review by the Program 
Committee.
Once accepted, you will be invited to submit a final paper 
(4 to 6 pages) for your presentation to be made at the 
meeting. Both LaTeX and Word templates are available from 
the Paper Format page.
Electronic submission of the final papers (in Adobe PDF 
Format) is required. To submit your paper electronically,

procedure.
The presentation at the meeting must be made by one of the 
authors.
