The United Engineering Foundation announces the sixth conference in its series on FLUID-PARTICLE INTERACTIONS. The conference will be held at Il Ciocco Hotel and Conference Center near Barga, Italy, August 25-30, 2002. The conference is co-sponsored by the American Institute of Chemical Engineers.
The conference will focus on:
CONFERENCE OBJECTIVES AND TOPICS OUTLINE
This international conference is organized to bring together practicing engineers and researchers from various disciplines dealing with fluid-particle systems and processes. Its purpose is to foster in-depth discussions and exchange of ideas on new research results, implications in applying research results, and to identify relevant research needs and directions. Recent research will be presented on the following topics of relevance to existing and emerging industrial problems involving fluid-particle interactions:
Poster Sessions will be an integral part of the conference program, as they offer a unique opportunity for focusing on specific topics of interest and expanding beyond the limitations of the oral presentations.
