Description:

SoftInWay expands its global presence and announces an integrated educational course for engineers in Bangkok, Thailand, on October 2-6, just before Power-Gen Asia 2009. The program includes a 2-day course on axial turbine fundamentals and a 3-day workshop on turbomachinery design, analysis and optimization with AxSTREAM. As usual, the workshop contains special tracks for engineers: axial and radial turbomachinery, axial turbine, axial compressor, radial turbine, centrifugal compressor, retrofitting and performance upgrades. The tuition includes detailed manuals and a 1-month license for AxSTREAM. Both programs are independent, so one can select a program according to their interests.

The participants who register for the integrated course in Thailand before July 30, will save 20%. Moreover, those who can make decisions quickly and will be among the first three registered attendees of the 3-day interactive workshop, will be granted a free 3-month license for AxSTREAM (a value of over EUR 30,000).

SoftInWay believes the incoming educational course will contribute to the development of turbomachinery engineering practice in the Southeast Asian region.
