Dear Experts,
I am learning the volume meshing in ANSA.. I did the tutorial from ANSA for aerodynamic CFD model preparation.

Now I tried to do volume meshing on different geometries, then I face the problem that the inner side on the geometry is also getting meshed.. I do not want to mesh it... Can you please guide me for the same, that what all operations I still need to do so that I can do volume meshing only till the external surface of my geometry..

Also after volume meshing I have an error saying that I have three unmeshed faces, how to deal with that??

I am attaching the images... It will be really helpful if someone can guide me along these things..

Please check the Volumes>List
to see how many Volumes you have.

In the models you have it seems that you have also
selected to mesh the inner void volumes.
Find them in the list and Delete them.

Then only the outside volume mesh will remain.

thank you... actually there was a small leak in both the models... I donot know how they came up... but yes the small leaks made things go wrong...

What may be other problems according to you, which may lead to meshing inside the volume...

Switch to view mode>Mesh-Check Gaps
to see in Mesh menu if you have any red (single) or cyan (triple) boundaries.

This way you should show you if there is a leak
