Hi everyone!

I don't understand your mean! It's just a tube ( redirect at the bottom) that discharge material into cyclone. The surface of tube is set as wall when export to Fluent

Why then need 3 o-grids for the tube (inside tube)? Just one o-grid.

Ralen's first topology is good...
But his second one is not what Far was talking about... Don't split the Ogrid on the outer pipe, split the Ogrid for the inner pipe... Actually, when you first make that inner ogrid, set it up for being a bit larger than the inner pipe (so it is half outside and half inside the pipe)... Then split that Ogrid and project the middle to the pipe... This way you will have aligned layers both inside and outside your inner pipe...
