Hi All,
I am new to ansys meshing and i am tryign to mesh a heat exchanger using the Fill option. I select all surfaces and then deselect the outer surfaces. The trobule i am having is with the fins that have a helical shape of thickness of about 0.15mm. I leave them like that (that is without deselecting any of their sufaces since the surfaces on both sides are seeing the the air flow through the channel) in the channel but the fill option to help me extract the fluid volume is not working because of them. Not sure how to work about this problem. Any help or suggestion would be appreciated. Jimmy |
