Structured mesh of a complete Dornier 228 with its propellers

For my Master's thesis, I am currently trying to mesh a complete aircraft (Dornier 228) with its two propellers. I already have the CAD file, adapted for ICEM CFD (proper model, with curves, points,...).
The final goal of my thesis is to study the boundary layer at a specific location on the side of the aircraft. For this reason, I would like to build a structured, or at least hybrid mesh to properly capture this boundary layer.
My problem is: I don't have a lot of experience in CFD, and even if I have done all the ICEM tutorials, none of them deals with such a complex configuration. I have tried to create a blocking structure on my case, but it is causing me some troubles!
If you could recommend me a tutorial (I haven't found any), a book on the subject, or any advice, it would be extremely nice from you!
I can always do a fully unstructured mesh, with a prism layer at the wall and some density regions, but I would really like to know how to create a structured mesh!

If you plan to model the propellers, you should probably put the discs in early so you account for them in your blocking...
