what is the different between wall and wall shadow and interior and when should i use each one ?
and if i have assemply file and i have a wall between 2 different materials should i define it as a wall or interior ?
wall is the simple surface with fluid inside or outside.
Shadow wall is created when you have fluid on both sides of wall. So on one side you get the wall and on other side you get the shadow wall.
Interior is the domain/nodes which discretize your domain.
*wall is a wall (should be used for surfaces which are limiting your domain if they are not used as other BC) >> per default gambit assigns automatically all peripherical surfaces as wall, if they are not already set
*wall shadow may indicate you, that you have connection problem in your mesh.
*interior can be used if you need to use an interior surface later in the post-process. In gambit all surfaces between connected volumes, are set as interior (or internal don't remember) but they don't appear in the BC list
*for your last question: if you set your surface as wall, then fluid will stop at this surface (v.n=0). If your both materials are fluid, then it is interior, but as I said previously, you don't need to set interior surfaces
