[ANSYS Meshing] No mapped quadrilateral meshing in V13?

Default No mapped quadrilateral meshing in V13?

I am working on meshing domain around wind turbine blades. I am wondering why in V13 of Ansys you can select Quadrilaterals when using a mapped face meshing option. It seems this was a poor choice to remove as very important to be able to mesh with quads.

Anyone else have issues with this?
