AutoCAD/AutoCAD inventor

Hello everyone. I am started to learn new method to build up 3D model. The software I use is AutoCAD and AutoCAD inventor. I would like to ask how to import the geometry from AutoCAD / AutoCAD inventor into ICEM? Since I can only use .dwg format. ICEM warn me do not have .tin file. So what can I do to import my geometry into ICEM. Thank you very much.

File - Import Geometry

There you can choose all kinds of different formats, including DWG.
And if importing dwg doesn't work for some reason you can also export the model from Autocad into many other formats. It is not "only dwg" )) IGES might be your best choice.
