Convert .in file to Fluent

Hi,

I have a .in file exported from ICEM that I need to open in Ansys Fluent, but can't seem to find a way to import it.

Someone else built the mesh for me in ICEM, but sent me the wrong file type before he went away for the weekend. I would wait for him to fix it, but I need this mesh before monday. Does anyone know a way of converting the .in file to a Fluent readable file?

Best regards,

Thomas

you are talking about .tin file. It is just file with geometric model, no mesh. Create one your self ;)

Hi,

It is a .in file, created if you choose "Ansys" as export option in ICEM.
