Hi, I am trying to export my mesh into FLUENT and I know that I need to convert it into an unstructured mesh. I have managed to do this with other geometries, particularly with a rectangular flow field but some reason I keep getting an error saying that "error opening mesh file". Also I have tried to save my mesh as a separate file and I also get an error saying "sorry, no mesh is loaded".

I have associated the top, bottom and curved inlet with the left, top and bottom edge of the block...leaving the right edge of the block to be associated with the right (outlet). I started my blocking by creating a C grid and splitting the block near the trailing edge of the aerofoil. After deleting the block with the aerofoil, I associated the remaining edges with the airfoil curves. I have also collapsed the block to the right of the aerofoil to enable an appropriate fit for the sharp trailing edge. After updating the mesh and setting parameters I have made a mesh like in the pictures but cannot seem to convert it into an unstructured mesh.

Has anyone experienced this before and know a way around this.
