Scale geometry but mesh size to remain same
I have a simple 2D axis-symmetric analysis of a supersonic nozzle system that I have done in Ansys Fluent 13.0.
I want to do the analysis for same geometry with dimensions scaled (1.5x, 2x, etc). But it seems that after I scale the geometry (in Fluent) the mesh is also scaled. Now this causes the mesh to be scaled and the elements become distorted and the solution no longer converges. Here is my question:-
1. Is there any way to scale the geometry , while the mesh element size remains the same. The mesh was generated in program outside ANSYS, so I need to be able to do this in FLUENT itself.
In case this is not possible,
2. Is there a way to import the mesh in Ansys meshing (or ICEM CFD) and trace the mesh so that after the scaling the mesh can be made to remain the same.

consequences of scaling geometry
I know my post will not answer your question, but I would be grateful if you can answer mine. I am simply dealing with relatively big geometry dimensions are (1.96m * 6.76m * 2.5m ). When I start my simulation, I used scaled geometry as I thought it is good idea and will save time, then I found I missed important thing that I need to scale the boundary conditions. My question is what other parameter I need to scaled as well. Do I need to scale the default parameters in fluent? In your opinion, does the scaling can give me misleading results.
