which center block

Hi Far,

sorry for delay.

i mean when i create the block around the cylinder and then split(o grid) and associate them, at last there is a cube block in the center that has a quad mesh,

i mean how can i delete the center block, to have a complete radial mesh.

OK. Just delete that block with permanent option unchecked (to send it to VORFN) or right click on parts and crate new part. Go to last option and select the inside cube block and name it as Solid. From parts list, un-check solid.
