emspinosa is on a distinguished road
Hi everyone,

I have a very simple ( I guess) problem. I would like to apply a swept mesh to a solid in which one of the face is split, see attached picture.

I would like not to modify the geometry as the split face is needed for me to apply a boundary condition for a simulation.

How can I get around this and mesh a body with a swept mesh?

Thanks you.
Regards,

E.

siw will become famous soon enough
Extrude the circle through the body to have two sweepable bodies. Put them both in a MultiBody Part to have a node conformal mesh. Choose between the Sweep Method or the MultiZone Method and choose what you prefer.
