Mesh Extrusion problem in ICEM

hello everybody
when I extrude the 2D mesh (around NACA0012) to get the 3D mesh in ICEM, I am faced with errors in Fluent and it cant handle the mesh!!!!!!!???? attached please find Extrusion options etc. does anybody know what is wrong with it? |
