Geometry of banki turbine

I need help to model a stationary and a rotating domains. or any example of a turbine model in defining the movement of the rotor.
I have the Frozen gemetria of multiple domains (fluid-solid), then step by ICEM, which generated the automatic mesh and when CFX-PRE does not recognize the domains (Error Analisys In analisys Flow 1: Not defined Domain Has Been). Where should I define the domains?
