Meshing problem - skewness

1 Attachment(s)
Hey,

my problem is shown in the attachments.

I meshed my body but I have problems with the meshing of the groove. My elements are deformed in this area and I do not know how to improve my mesh with tetra-elements there.

(After importing my mesh into FLUENT I get a mistake: "Maximum skewness is greater than 0.8.". I ignored this statement and tried to simulate the problem anyway but the results are very bad and, therefore, I need your help.)

How can I enhance my mesh in the groove?

Thank you very much for your help.

Best Greetings

Maybe you should refine the mesh in this area. You can increase the number of nodes for example.
