Meshing problem - skewness

Hey,
my problem is shown in the attachments. I meshed my body but I have problems with the meshing of the groove. My elements are deformed in this area and I do not know how to improve my mesh with tetra-elements there. (After importing my mesh into FLUENT I get a mistake: "Maximum skewness is greater than 0.8.". I ignored this statement and tried to simulate the problem anyway but the results are very bad and, therefore, I need your help.) How can I enhance my mesh in the groove? Maybe you should refine the mesh in this area. You can increase the number of nodes for example.
