Hi everyone,

Thanks for your time to look at my question. I'd like to have unmatched nodes at the two sides of the fluid-porous interface. But even I define them (blocks, lines, curves) to the correspondant parts and add a surface at the middle, I still can't have totally unmatched mesh. May I ask how to have totally unmatched nodes across the fluid-porous or fluid-fluid interface?

Best regards and many thanks again,
lnk

this can be done with mesh refinment

Thanks, Far. It works.

And how to unmatch the mesh for this case? I'd like to test GGI for that problem.

BrolY will become famous soon enough
As Far said, use the mesh refinement tool (have a look to the user manuel).
Or do two separates blocking for each part and specify differents number of nodes on the edge interfaces.

Thats the solution. Even you can try the 1:1, 1:2 and 1:3 nodes distribution on both sides to check the quality of results with GGI

Thanks, Far. I tried it. But I didn't succeeded in that way. I succeeded it by convert it to mesh part by part. It seems there is no way to make it well at the pre-mesh.

Best,
