packing.jpgHi

I have a particle packing enclosed by a fluid region ,I would like to get quality mesh for porous media flow analysis using cut-cell method in Tgrid,

Tgird tutorial on Ansys website does not cover manythings and my case is a bit tricky. Any advice on how to find tgrid tutorials or and suggestion regarding the meshing?

the geometry picture is attached
