Extrude mesh along curve

2 Attachment(s)
Hi all,
I am new to ICEM and have a question which may be easy but I cant get it to work.
I am sweeping or extruding the surface mesh along a curve, it sweeps fine but it is not aligned properly.
If I turn on the orient axially option it twists the mesh.

Am I missing something here?

Thanks

are you extruding mesh along curve or blocking along curve? I

I did a 2D planar blocking, loaded the mesh and started to extrude it along the straight line and got stuck at the curve. Reducing the tolerance in the setting did help a little but it still does not line up.
I guess I could do a 3D blocking but this should be easy and done many times?
Thanks
