Default Shift of faces to another part after computing the mesh

Touré is on a distinguished road
I am having always some triangles that shift to another part after I compute the Mesh. Do I have an option to select before computing the mesh instead of searching desperately in my entire domain the small faces that have shifted to somewhere else.
