Default Error when exporting mesh: Domain is not open

Hi,
I have got an error when trying to export the mesh in Precise(SI) format. It says:

"Error:
[...]
Domain 15 is not open. Child process exited abnormally."

Does someone know what does it mean? All the surfaces are correctly associated to the correct part and the mesh looks fine. Block 15 is an internal block which does not have any boundary.
