Delaunay Meshing Error
 

Hi, I have a surface mesh that I got from an Octree mesh. I have smoothed it and checked it; I get no errors. Then I try to fill with Delaunay and I have a problem, it comes back with this error:

Application did not finish correctly.

What does this mean? I have tried searching, but I can't find anything about it. These points are just seemingly random points on a curve between 2 surfaces, I attached some pictures if it helps. Thanks!
