Is GAMBIT really incapable of map meshing a subtracted surface?
Im trying to map mesh a rectangle surface which has some rectangular holes in it. But I faced some problems doing it. I tried a simpler gemoetry as you can see below:
Dimensions for big rectangle is 3*2 and for the small one is 2.6*0.4. As you see GAMBIT couldn't mesh it as map, instead it used submap shceme. the distance between big and small rectangle in the narrow region is 0.2 m and I used interval size of 0.05. by a little knowledge we all know that GAMBIT must divide this narrow part into 4 elements, but as you can see the left part is divided into 5 and the right into 3 elements !
Any comments about this?
