PLs help me with Correction of Meshing Quality.

I have tried Everything But Not able to reduce quality below 0.8 or 0.9

Below are attachment of block,geometry and prj file

diamondx will become famous soon enough
the minimum quality is 0.7. which is very good. not need worry about it. i don't know why you need a better quality. all i can say is that the blocking strategy used is very good. no other strategy comes in my mind now. if you insist on getting a better quality, play on node spacing. make it smaller, may be it should help...

Basically I am Going run this model in fluent with K-Omega,translational flow configuration...
I am not able to validate the results..

I guess your problem is not due to the quality of mesh. I once used this Transition k-kl-w model to validate results for the flow over aerofoil and I noticed that this model is very sensitive to free stream turbulence parameters and also wall y+. Please check upon these after consulting Fluent's User and Theory guide.
