Get started, maybe you will figure it out (try some tutorials if you are totally stuck), then come back to CFD Online when you get stuck...

Using CFX post (aka ANSYS CFD Post) this is quite easy... You just need to use the CEL language to create the expression. Try some tutorials and you will get the idea. You could say you want the pressure@surface or the pressure@point...
