Growth ratio with body sizing
 

When I use a body sizing with a growth rate in ansys meshing for a tet prism mesh I get a uniform mesh in the flow volume and I couldn't see any effect of the growth rate set with the body sizing.

Could some one please explain this.

In case the growth rate doesn't work with a body sizing then I'm thinking of removing the body sizing and instead select all the faces and set a face sizing equal to body sizing.

Can this be a better approach for the growth rate to show up into the volume.

Yes I've tested it and found that the approach of choosing face sizing works better in having the desired growth rate.
