Help with twin screw pump geometry
Hello i am going to work in the simulation of a twin screw pump, so far i have the geometry done but i have no idea how to import the geometry to fluent there is any advice? Any help will be appreciated and if you need it i can upload some pictures of the geometry.

you know you have to mesh before importing geometry to fluent right ??
|
No didnt know that thx for that, i have to mesh in icem or i have other options?
|
it depends on what kind of mesh you want and how complex is your geometry.
you can use ansys meshing for a fast tetra mesh generation or icem cfd, icem is more suitable you want a better control over your mesh like hexa mesh... |
