Problem loading ICEM script

Hello all,

I'm starting an internship on CFD simulations on a cascade airfoils 2D grid and I chose to parametrize my airfoil geometry and domain on CATIA v5 (the CAD software I master more for the moment). Thus, I want to use ICEM and its scripting functionality to save time for other simulation.

I started to test it just for loading my DWG geometry. When I check the script is well working, the geometry doesn't appears as needed.

I uploaded a 1mn video to better understand this small (I think) problem :

Thanks in advance for your help ;)

I'm glad this forum seems to be full of ressources.

You say the geometry is not as needed, is there any geometry showing up at all?

The script that you have created has the following functions:
1> Run a conversion program to convert the .dwg file to a .tin file
2> Load the .tin file.

There may be problems with saving over an old file? It is hard to know without a more detailed explanation

Ah yes !

Thanks a lot, I tried to remove the old TIN file before to load the script, and it works like a charm now. I can see the geometry on my screen with no problem.

Maybe it was, as you said, a problem of saving over an old file.

Thanks again, have a nice day.
