how to improve mesh quality in the hydrocyclone

I am using quad mesh i got bad quality in the cyclone at centre and i changed to tetra and hexa eventhough i didnot good quality of mesh. here I am attaching the following mesh files

did you create the y grid at the tangential interface?

yeah, that's a really easy geometry to mesh
