Using all cores or physical memory in ICEM
 

Hi,
I am doing some meshing in ICEM. I noticed that ICEM does not use all of my cores and physical memory. How can I make use of all of my cores and memory to make ICEM work faster? Many thanks in advance.

Settings > General
you can set the number of cores to use.
Keeping all the other defaults, the system utilizes the memory as needed.
Keep in mind that all operations will not be paralleled in ICEM.

I think prism and hexa-core generation are two of them, but surface, volume and smoothing operations are definitely paralleled.

having played in this settings before, i noticed no difference in speed !!
