'holes' in a box in icem

is there a way in ICEM where you can import a 3d geometry from autocad, ( in this case, let's say a few cars in a box) and then delete all the cars so that you are left with a box with that has holes in them ( holes being left by the deleted cars). I do not want to do blocking. i want to create a tet mesh with that box with 'holes'.

if the cars are represented by CLOSED surfaces. just create a body FLUID outside of the cars (inside the domain you want to mesh) and you will have tetra there...
