Help with meshing

I will appreciate if anybody could come to my aid. I meshed this profile with surface meshing, as shown in the picture. I am not contented with the results.. However, I would have love to use the Blocking method but due to my limited knowledge. I have constraint because the top and bottom boundary is periodic so if I try to do blocking I get negative volume.I have to generate this boundary for different spacing.
