Hello everybody,
I am a new ANSYS user, working on a family of 2D airfoils.
I followed the famous tutorial ...
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EknKVAJGEJ8
but I failed in Ogrid step, it may be a result of wrong edges/curves association, specially for the outlet edge, which is associated to itself as a curve.

I am sure that this problem and the next questions are trivial for most of you, so I appreciate your help.

I used more than one file format to import the airfoil geometry (.txt , .dat , .xls) with 90 points for each upper and lower surfaces.

Is the airfoil geometry to be selected in the association process?
is the Apply button totally equivalent to the Middle Mouse Click?

thanks in advance,

Mamdouh
