I am using Hypermesh 10 as preprocessor to run analysis in fluent 14. I understood the procedure for importing mesh from hypermesh to fluent is as follows
Hypermesh>Tgrid>fluent Somehow I am not able to import hmascii filefrom hypermesh into Tgrid. Has anyone encountered a similar problem and suggest remedy for the same. Thanks |

If you can export an msh file out of hypermesh, you don't need to bring it into TGrid unless you are adding a volume mesh or otherwise working on the mesh... If it is complete in hypermesh, you can export a fluent mesh file (or TGrid mesh file is the same format) and just bring it directly into Fluent.
