Hi.

I'm now trying to make a mesh with 2 fluid (fluid and aluid 2)
With a fluid(fluid), I could make a mesh correctly, but chose some blocks as fluid2, then mesh has a problem like a picture.

Can anyone tell me how to resolve it?

Regards.

looks like associations are not done. associate edge to curve

I found maybe I think I need face between fluid and fluid2.
Is that right?

if you do the association with the right curves, the face's association are done automatically with the nearest surfaces. if you still found problem you can post your tin and blk file i'll take a look at it

Yes. A surface should be given between the different regions.

Hi chaolei,

Thank you for your kind reply.

So then, I think I need to select boundary type for the mid-surface as interior in Fluent, right?

tough i never made a simulation with two fluid, i guess your surface is an interface between two fluid you will have to set it as interior...

If the grid nodes of both sides are matched, Fluent will think it is a interface. You do not need to give any boundary condition for it. I only deal with multi-zone (fluid and solid), I never simulation a case involving two fluids.
