I'm working with ICEM 13.0, I finished doing the blocking, but when active the option pre-mesh I'm not able to visualize the mesh geometry, but it shows on the display the following information:

Number of processors = 1
Done recompute

Mesh size:
NODE: 386
LINE_2: 0
TRI_3: 0
QUAD_4: 1266
TETRA_4: 0
HEXA_8: 316
PENTA_6: 0
PYRA_5: 0

all functions of geometry and block are enabled!, anyone know why not able to see the generated mesh geometry?

Turn on the parts and increase mesh size on the edges and recompute.

on your left make sure the parts are visible and checked. where you click on pre-mesh, if you click with right button you'll find recompute...
