Default geometry problem

I am using ansys workbench 14.5 on windows and when i do the geometry and the mesh and move on to do the setup for the CFD in Fluent, the geometry and mesh files just go missing from the folder.
Pl. help me

Did you update the mesh component (get rid of the ligtning bolt) in workbench before entering "setup" ?
