problem about the geometry and meshing of the airfoil

When I was trying to establish the mesh, I ran into this problem: some abnormal mesh appeared.Does somebody know why this happened?

And the other thing is what the green point and the arrow stand for in the trailing edge of the airfoil. I imported the airfoil from coordinate file and the begin point is (1,0).

Not sure about the weird mesh. Supply an archive of the project if you want someone to look at it.

The second question is easier. It is just a coordinate system for the 3d curve

the problems seems with a bad vertex or curve association check that out.
