extend prism layer

Could anybody help me to extend the prism layer to the end of outlet?
It was good like the second picture. However, after I define the initial height for each part and generate mesh, the prism layer cannot reach to the end of outlet and inlet. |

might be an odd setting on the outlet face or curve.
