Flow through two geometries

Hello

So I have a very preliminary question:
I have created a box then I needed a pipe to extrude from one of the faces. So I created a plane and created a circle and extruded it.
When I bring it into fluent the flow wont flow from the pipe to the box.
Any ideas?

Hi Megan,

You can either create an interface or unite the solids.

To unite the bodies, use create > Boolean in DM, choose "Unite", then select both bodies.

To create a 1 to 1 mesh interface, select both the bodies in the "bodies" section at the bottom of the tree in DM. Then right-click and "Form New Part". Once meshed, you can assign an interface in Fluent.
