Hello
So I have a very preliminary question: I have created a box then I needed a pipe to extrude from one of the faces. So I created a plane and created a circle and extruded it. When I bring it into fluent the flow wont flow from the pipe to the box. Any ideas? |

Hi Megan,
You can either create an interface or unite the solids. To unite the bodies, use create > Boolean in DM, choose "Unite", then select both bodies. To create a 1 to 1 mesh interface, select both the bodies in the "bodies" section at the bottom of the tree in DM. Then right-click and "Form New Part". Once meshed, you can assign an interface in Fluent. Stu |
