Hi Everyone,
I am trying to get a mesh with two lobes in one of the fluid regions that would be rotating. So i used the sweep method for this region and use automatic for the other two regions. When i generate the mesh i am getting the error message in the title above and i am not sure why. I know the mesh should be non-conformal at the interface between the rotating and static regions. Could this be the reason for the error? and if yes, how can i make the mesh at the interfaces non-conformal? Thanks! Jimmy |

The mesh is now okay. The problem was in the lobes fluid region. I had to first increase the defeaturing tolerance and then i had to reduce the global mesh size to 1 mm. The smallest gap between the two lobes is 1.2 mm. This solved it.
