How to start meshing this geometry?

Hi.
I'm not very familiar with Ansys meshing and I have to mesh the geometry attached. It is a nozzle with 3 inlets(when mirrored) in the top and an outlet in the bottom. Two fluids are mixed at the mixing zone in the middle of the nozzle.

Can you help me with some guidelines and ideas for methods to use?
Do I have to split the geometry or do other operations in designmodeler berfore I can mesh it?

Not is equal. But, maybe, its useful to see how to mesh the hydrocyclone because is similar to your geometry.

1.First I would remove some of the narrow faces visible in figure 4 like fillets etc in Designmodeler to make my life more easier. (Waste of computation power).
2.Use fill option, to fill it with the Fluid. Then suppress the solid. Change the inside part from solid to fluid.
3.If you have a full model, Then use symmetry plane to split it into two.
4.Then in Ansys Meshing, if bodies are sweepable, I would choose Multizone/ Sweep mesh or else tetra(patch conforming-proximity and curvature).
5.Add inflation layers to the the nozzle and the other inlet.
6.In Fluent, choose the multiphase option, add the material and in bc's specify the values of mixture and phases.
7. If the flow is turbulent based on the Re, I would chose k omega (try k epsilon to see if it gives proper results and try with y+~30) turbulence model with wall functions and y+ value around 30 as there is no flow separation etc.

I would add inflation layer after calculating y+ value and BL thickness (estimated from flow regimes in pipe) and then use these for initial thickness and no of layers values in inflation option.

thanks. I'm working with it.. Right now I have the problem that I can't mesh it when I have the face seen on picture 2 as symmetry. The error is 'an inter-process communication error occurred while communicating with the MESHER module.'
If I remove the named selection 'symmetry' there is no problem??

This is a bug with the software I guess. I am not sure but check these out. Also, you shouldn't remove the symmetry condition as it is symmetry plane physically.
