Local coordinate system and Standard shapes

Hi,
Im trying to create boxes from standard shapes (e.g. Geometry//Create/modify geometry//Standard shapes//Box) in a local coordinate system, but my boxes are for some reason constantly created in the global coordinate system instead.

I can create points in the LCS but apparently not boxes. Anyone experienced the same thing?

In case anyone wondered: it is (now) a confirmed bug in ICEM...

it is a bug?

shift angle

Hi mates
If I have geometry and I want to shift the whole shape with 15 degree along y axis's that mean I ,d like to shift the local coordinated system , any body have an idea about this case
