spincfd is on a distinguished road
It is a 3D solid object inside a box where wind is flowing.

How to mesh these volume in Gambit?

Should I mesh its edge, face, or volume?

-mAx- will become famous soon enough
you need first to substract your object from your box.
Then you have 2 alternatives: "quick" mesh with tetra or nice hexa mesh, but it will ask more work
